From my comments during the chat today, I really think you'd benefit from doing some sort of study model/sketch/etc of enclosing the spaces you have begun to define in your study models. How can you take the sculptural model and make it defined program space? What are the relations of the edges of each sort of cude space to the one next to it, to the main organizational wall? Since you are looking to explore the exterior and site... maybe something there (ie. your desired framed views) informs the enclosure.
